As part of a growing Proteomic company, Somalogic, expanding into Europe, the Northern Europe position was essential as it is located in the home area of the company's biggest competitor. This provided an exciting challenge to identify candidates looking for a market disruptive position, growing business in a competitive area. The role also had requirements to grow a sales team beneath it across several countries.

Vice President & General Manager, USA

As part of Flow-Robotics, a Northern Europe Liquid Handling companies growth, they had ambitions to grow into the US market. The focus of this role was to identify a commercial leader who could establish not just sales in the US market but also lead the hiring of several commercial and technical hires.

Regional Sales Manager, EMEA

The focus of this role was to develop business within the UK and Southern Europe for Gyros Protein Technologies. Building on established business while also growing into new markets.
